CABLE INTERNET SUPPORT

!Most cable internet issues can be resolved by doing a “power cycle”. We highly recommend doing this procedure before calling our support staff, as it will generally bring you back online.

To do a proper power cycle, you want to completely power down your cable modem and all computers/routers attached to it. (We even recommend to pull the power out of the wall).

After you do so, leave all devices off for TWO FULL minutes, then turn your modem back on. Once your internet light goes green (which means you have a proper connection) turn your computer back on to see if your issue is resolved.
