Section 8 - Settings / Anti-Virus
Adjust your personal WebMail Settings
ANTI-VIRUS SETTINGS

Anti-Virus settings allow you to control the level of Anti-Virus control when sending and receiving messages.

When a message is filtered - Choose which action to take when a message is found that contains a virus:
       1) Delete the message right away, or
       2) Send it to the quarantine. The quarantine will allow you to review the             
           contents later and decide whether to delete or release them.


Anti-Virus: - This function allows you to turn virus scanning on (the ‘‘Normal" setting) or off (the "Disabled" setting).


Sender receive notifications
- When this option is turned on, anyone who sends you a message containing a virus will be sent a warning message in return.


Recipients receive notifications - When this option is turned on, you will receive a warning message if anyone tried to send you an E-mail containing a virus

Be sure to click ‘Save’ after making any changes to the settings section.

Once you have logged in to the AceWeb E-Mail, you will receive the webmail interface. The interface is composed of tabs, click on a tab to get instructions on how to use each section.
