Vacation Settings allow you to set an autoreply message to be sent to people that sends you messages. Use this option to automatically let family and friends know that you are away and may not be able to respond to their message.
Enable Auto-Reply - Enables or Disables autoreply
Reply only if original message is sent to me - If this box is checked, the auto-reply will only respond to an e-mail if your address was entered in the "TO:" field.
Reply only once to each sender - Check this box to ensure that no sender receives more than one auto-reply. For example, if someone sends you several messages while you’re away, they will receive your auto-reply just once.
Include original message in auto-reply - Check this box to include a copy of the sender’s original message with your auto-reply.
Reply from: - If you want the "From:" address to be different from the address you’re currently using, enter the information here.
No reply from: - Enable this option if you do not want your auto-reply sent to specific people that you might receive mail from. Enter their e-mail addresses here.
No reply to: - Enter any e-mail addresses to which auto-reply messages will not be sent. For example, if you belong to any mailing lists, enter the list addresses here to prevent their receiving your auto-replies.
Message: - Enter the text of the message that you’d like to appear in your auto-reply. Enter the message in Text format, not HTML.
Be sure to click ‘Save’ after making any changes to the settings section.
