Section 8 - Settings / Anti-Spam
Adjust your personal WebMail Settings
ANTI-SPAM SETTINGS

Anti-Spam settings allow you to control what level of protection you receive against junk e-mail and what to do when junk(spam) e-mail is received.


When a message is filtered
- Choose which action to take when a message is found that contains a virus:
       1) Delete the message right away, or
       2) Send it to the quarantine. The quarantine will allow you to review the             
            contents later and decide whether to delete or release them.
       3) Tag the message with the word SPAM in the subject line and allow it to be
            delivired normally


Level: - Choose the desired level of spam scanning: Disabled, Normal, Strong or Extreme. If messages that are being identified as SPAM shouldn’t be, try settings this settings a little lower.


Filter these categories: - When these options are selected, messages pertaining to the rules applied to each catagory are filtered.

 Custom - Check this box to enable custom filters defined by AceWeb.

 Hoax - Check this box to filter hoax related spam.

 Adult - Check this box to filter adult related spam.

 Pattern - Check this box to filter pattern related spam.

 Goods
- Check this box to filter goods related spam.

 Health - Check this box to filter health related spam.

 Money - Check this box to filter money related spam.

 Miscellaneous - Check this box to filter miscellaneous related spam.

Be sure to click ‘Save’ after making any changes to the settings section.

Once you have logged in to the AceWeb E-Mail, you will receive the webmail interface. The interface is composed of tabs, click on a tab to get instructions on how to use each section.
