2. Type a subject or short description of the message that you are sending.

Send - Send the message
Save to draft - Save this message to the drafts folder, for sending or editing at a later time.
Format - HTML / Text - The code that the message is written in.
HTML gives more options including emoticons (happy faces), and text formatting.
Text gives more comparability on older E-mail systems, use this selection if the person to whom you are sending your E-mail, contains code or is unreadable.
Priority - Set the priority to add importance to your E-mail.
Close - Closes compose window.
To: - The person(s) your sending e-mail message(s) to. Click on the word ‘To:’ to select e-mail addresses you have saved in your contacts list. For information on creating new contacts in your address book, Click Here.
Cc: - Carbon Copy. Place an E-mail address in this box to have someone receive a copy of the message.
Bcc: - Blank Carbon Copy. Placing an E-mail in this box will send a copy to that person without letting anyone else that is receiving the E-mail know.
Subject: - Place a brief description of your message in this box.
