STEP 1. You must install the DSL Modem software before connecting the DSL modem to your computer with USB.

A. Insert the supplied CD-ROM into your computer. The CD starts automatically and the Main Menu opens;

(Note: If the CD does not start automatically, from the desktop, go to Start > Run and then type D:\setup.exe, where D is the letter of your CD-ROM drive.)

B. Click the ADSL Modem Installation Wizard button and, if prompted, select the USB option. The software installation proceeds automatically. When the process is complete, the Main Menu minimizes for future use and a Zoom Web Console icon resides on your desktop.

STEP 2. Connect the DSL modem to your computer using the provided USB cable.

STEP 3. Connect your DSL Power Supply.

Connect your DSL modem to the power, and switch the modem on.

Wait 15-30 sec for the startup sequence to complete, the LINK light on your DSL modem will change from blinking to solid.

Windows XP Users: If prompted to do so, click Finish.

STEP 5. Open your Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator and try browsing the Internet.

NOTE: If you are still unable to browse the Internet, try rebooting your computer.
